What is the Spirit Mind Training?
Awakening Your Spirit Mind is an online training with live monthly calls for graduates. You begin with a self-guided 5-week journey through our online training, which includes an online community.
Your first day takes about 30 minutes and is available as soon as you purchase. The following days are typically around 10 minutes per day. You're welcome to take the course at your own pace.
After completing the online training, you'll have access to our daily practice app and can join us for our live monthly calls with Jeffrey & Hisami.
Does Spirit Mind include live calls with Jeffrey & Hisami?
Yes - live calls are available after you've completed the 5-week online training.
Each month, Hisami and Jeffrey host a live group call for everyone who has completed the Spirit Mind training. The calls are fairly casual, focusing more on energy than on new information. This is your chance to connect with Hisami and Jeffrey and circulate Spirit Mind energy within the group.
Liva calls are typically held on the first or second Sundays of the month at 11 a.m. JST (Saturday evening in the US) and occasionally at 4 p.m. JST (early Sunday morning in Europe). Recordings are available.
How long will the monthly calls last?
As long as we’re enjoying the monthly calls and feel that they’re helping you, we’re happy to continue meeting monthly. Of course, we can’t promise we’ll hold these calls indefinitely, but you don’t need to worry about them ending anytime soon.
