What is the Spirit Mind Training?
Awakening Your Spirit Mind is an online training with live monthly healing circles for graduates. You begin with a self-guided 5-week journey through our online training, which includes an online community.
Your first day takes about 30 minutes and is available as soon as you purchase. The following days are typically around 10 minutes per day. You're welcome to take the course at your own pace.
After completing the online training, you can join our monthly Spirit Mind Healing Circles, 15–20 minute group meditations where Jeffrey, Hisami, and graduates simply share and circulate Spirit Mind energy together.
Does Spirit Mind include live calls with Jeffrey & Hisami?
Not in the traditional Q&A format. Instead, graduates are invited to the monthly Spirit Mind Healing Circles. These are quiet, meditative spaces rather than teaching sessions - focused on holding and sharing the Spirit Mind energy as a group.
These circles are typically held on the first or second Sundays of the month at 11 a.m. JST (Saturday evening in the US) and occasionally at 4 p.m. JST (early Sunday morning in Europe).
How long will the Healing circles last?
As long as they feel joyful and supportive for everyone, we’ll keep them going. While we can’t promise they’ll continue forever, there are no plans to stop anytime soon.
